- Vaulted targeted ceiling areas to improve volume, light, and overall feel without compromising structure.
- Added a full bath and optimized the floor plan to increase resale value and buyer appeal.
- Sequenced work intentionally (foundation → rough-ins → interior rebuild) to reduce rework and control schedule risk.
Results
