Executed during peak COVID-era supply chain disruption, the development required disciplined coordination, creative problem-solving, and strict adherence to City of Austin and national building standards. One structure was intentionally retained to maintain a continued presence within the community, reinforcing a long-term commitment beyond a single development cycle.
