Overview
St. Johns Legacy represents a ground-up, multi-structure development completed on a historic infill lot in Central Austin's St. Johns neighborhood. Designed to balance contemporary architecture with neighborhood scale and character, the project transformed a vacant parcel into three modern living structures, integrating long-term income strategy with thoughtful site planning. Executed during peak COVID-era supply chain disruption, the development required disciplined coordination, creative problem-solving, and strict adherence to City of Austin and national building standards. One structure was intentionally retained to maintain a continued presence within the community, reinforcing a long-term commitment beyond a single development cycle.
Scope of Work
- Constructed three modern structures on previously vacant lot
- 1,700 sq ft primary residence
- 300 sq ft ADU designed for short-term rental income
