Preston Oak Reimagined was a full interior transformation located in North Austin's Preston Oak neighborhood, minutes from the Apple campus and The Domain. The project centered on modernizing layout, finishes, and architectural character while improving flow and functionality.
Scope of Work
- Removed structural walls to create open-concept kitchen and dining layout
- Fully renovated interior with new flooring, paint, lighting, and finishes
- Reconfigured kitchen layout requiring relocation of plumbing, gas, and HVAC
- Complete bathroom remodel including freestanding tub and enlarged shower
- Installed custom welded stair railing and electric fireplace feature
- Cleared overgrowth and installed new sod and landscaping
