A multi-building commercial conversion transforming former office suites into a modern place of worship—delivered under strict budget constraints while navigating occupancy changes, structural upgrades, and extensive life-safety requirements.
Scope of Work
- Conversion of three existing office suites into a unified place of worship and community gathering space
- Structural wall removals to significantly expand the main sanctuary footprint
- Major plumbing and framing modifications to relocate restrooms in support of sanctuary reconfiguration
- Electrical infrastructure upgrades to support a large LED display wall, new sound system, cameras, and architectural lighting
- Ceiling height increases of approximately six feet to enhance volume, acoustics, and lighting
- Full interior renovation including new flooring, paint, upgraded restroom facilities, architectural lighting improvements, and a complete kitchen build-out with new cabinetry and appliances
